About the Role
Design, produce and manage interactive online content, including email templates, informative ebooks, and social media and promotional artwork.
Participate in brainstorming sessions along with presentations of design ideas to relevant departments
Assist in maintaining our email database, and the planning and scheduling of email campaigns
Work with the Design Director and VP of Marketing to translate and create marketing requirements to develop compelling, appropriate campaigns and designs
Design engaging and innovative projects that tell a story and enhance the guest experience
Collaborate with copywriters to incorporate messaging and strategic calls to action into designs
Collaborate with the IT and Marketing teams to ensure that all designs align with the brand image, while also meeting usability and website standards
Ensure consistency in designs and content across all platforms
Transform wireframes into intuitive user interfaces · Ensure consistency of brand and creative across digital customer touch points
Provide design support to other business lines to create product graphics, logos, identity design, or other similar offline graphics
Assist in providing graphics for use in video

Requirements
Digital Designer Requirements
Bachelor's degree in digital design, graphic design, or a related field
A portfolio of previous digital design work to showcase experience and creativity
Solid knowledge of design software programs, specifically Adobe Creative Suite
Ability to clearly present design ideas and concepts for campaigns and projects
A team player with exceptional organizational and technical skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong time management skills
Good interpersonal skills
Strongly Preferred Experience
1-3 years successful professional design experience at a digital agency or an in-house design team
Experience in a professional digital design role
Relevant experience in the travel industry/vacation rental space
Familiarity with the Emerald Coast vacation rental market
